Designed for female coaches, club officials and volunteers, this course explores the role of influence in leadership and helps learners develop practical strategies to lead with confidence. Through reflection and practical application, learners will identify barriers to influence and enhance their ability to make a positive impact within their sport and organisation.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
