The course will look at helping you as a coach to learn strategies to build your athletes confidence so that by the end you will:
- Know what is meant by coordination and control.
- Understand the factors affecting coordination and control.
- Recognise when and how your athletes feel most and least confident.
- Know the word or phrase that your athletes will use to recreate their confident feeling when feeling less confident.
This course should take around 30 minutes to complete.
